How do I know if I need counselling?
Initially, something has brought you to this website. If something has changed in your life that
has overwhelmed you and made you feel isolated, or if you are experiencing feelings of anxiety,
grief, loss or loneliness, and especially if you unsure about how to move forward.
Just about everyone will experience times in their lives when they feel overwhelmed and find
it difficult to cope. For some people the best way to manage those feelings is to work through
them with a counsellor.
Reaching out can be hard but not nearly as hard as staying in a place you don’t want to be
or don’t belong. It can take real courage to make steps towards moving to the next place.
