About me

Through my own life experiences I have seen the benefits of counselling as a client and also a practitioner. Regardless of the problem you may be experiencing counselling can help you overcome current stressors and arm you with the skills to effectively manage the future.

Some reasons to consider counselling with me

Just as you take care of your physical health, it is equally important to take care of your mental health. Everyone needs an outlet with whom they can talk about the problems without censoring any of the sensitive details and just be heard.
Alternative perspectives
When you experience challenging siturations in your life, it is often hard to see alternative solutions. I will help you explore so you can widen your perspective and provide distance between yourself and the problem.
Finding meaning
When you can contribute a sense of meaning to a difficult situation, the power of the problem is often diminished and I will be with you through the process.
Discover new coping strategies
In this space, I can help you develop and learn new coping strategies. These strategies can give you the confidence to believe you are in control of managing your problems.
Therapy offered
Person centred therapy with a pluralistic philosophy.
